Meg Salter

Based in Toronto, Ontario, Meg brings to her consulting and coaching clients, a deep understanding of the challenges of organizational life, gained through a 20 year career in marketing, sales and strategy work in the corporate sector.  In all Meg’s  consulting projects and coaching she seeks to help individuals and organizations move toward a compelling future.

Principal of MegaSpace Consulting

As principal of MegaSpace Consulting since 1999, her change management consulting and coaching work with corporate, public, health, and non-profit organizations has focused on areas such as organizational design, strategy, and leadership development.  Meg works  independently and with project teams for clients in Toronto, the GTA, nationally and internationally.

Her prior experience includes the global firm Right Management Consultants and Royal Bank of Canada.

Meg brings insight, humour, and compassion to support clients in grappling with the turmoil of organizational and personal change. Her experience is that adults can and do grow if given the right mix of support and challenge, an effective, ethical approach, and methods that build both insight and capabilities.

Executive Coach and Change Management Consultant

Meg Salter is a Integral Master Coach™ and accredited (ACC) with the International Coach Foundation. She holds an MBA from the Boston University at Brussels and has worked as an organization development consultant and facilitator in Montreal, Toronto and internationally, including in bilingual French/ English environments.

Trained Facilitator

Meg is trained in facilitation and OD processes such as; Appreciative Inquiry, Open Space Technology, Non-Violent Communication, Requisite Organization, TQM, benchmarking and process improvement tools. She has studied mindfulness and meditation since 1995 and is Past President of Friends of the Heart (meditation and yoga centre).

Educator and Volunteer

Meg Salter has taught at the graduate business school level, published, and led keynotes and workshops in the areas of complex change, personal development and career transitions. As an active volunteer, she serves on adjudication panels with Toronto Enterprise Fund and United Way, as a pro-bono consultant with the United Way and with the Quaker Program for Justice and Jails.

Presently Meg lives and works in Toronto with her partner John. Together they love to go on outdoor adventure travels and get recharged by the vast shores of Lake Huron.
