Meg Salter’s meditation techniques are easy to adapt and incorporate into daily life; with practice they can be extremely effective in achieving a calm and focused mind. Her deep theoretical knowledge and easy explanations of the techniques provide a wonderful grounding for her guided meditation. In the tumultuous times of the Covid-19 pandemic, I began my journey with Meg to a calmer and more balanced life outlook. The tools that Meg taught me were extremely effective and launched for me what will be a life-long skill set to continue to achieve balance in my life.
